LinenDrop is a subscription service. Every week you will receive a LinenDrop on the date and within the time window you select.
There’s no minimum term and you can cancel anytime. All LINENDROP linen is provided on a subscription rental basis and remains the property of LINENDROP PTY Limited ABN 22 642 569 284
Billing cycle
First billing date is immediately upon subscription. Subsequent recurring payments are charged weekly, two business days prior to delivery.
Payment details
Your details are safely and securely updated onto our website, and you will only need to enter these once. We work with the online payment provider ‘eway’ which is certified by both VISA and MasterCard.
Refund Policy
Although we hope you love all your services from LinenDrop, we have a cancellation policy in place if you are not 100% happy with your service.
You can cancel your subscription at anytime by contacting us at support@linendrop.com.au, ph 0452 094 809 or through the ‘contact us’ page on this website.
Item(s) must be returned/collected within 2 days of your subscription end date.
All Item(s) including linen bag must remain attached
OUT OF SUBSCRIPTION DROP OFF OR PICKUP
Any pickups or drop-offs outside of your subscription schedule will be charged to your account as follows.

DAMAGED
Any damaged caused to LINENDROP products will be assessed by our team. If found the product is no longer fit for use a one-off charge equivalent to 1 week’s subscription will apply to your account.
LINEN CARE
Washing of LINENDrop’s linen is restricted to LINENDrop employee’s only. Residents, guest, cleaners and or all other persons associated with and or employed with short term rental accommodation management are not allowed to wash or launder any and all of LINENDrops’ linen.
LINENDrop reserves the right to cancel, at any time, any service, if persons are found to be laundering LINENDrop’s linen.
NON-PAYMENT & ABANDONMENT
LINENDROP products not returned due to non-payment or abandonment. A one-off charge equivalent to 2 weeks of your subscription will be charged to your account.
YOUR OBLIGATIONS
To place an order with LinenDrop you must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us.
You must ensure that your access to this website is not illegal or prohibited by laws which apply to you.
You must take your own precautions to ensure that the process which you employ for accessing This Website does not expose you to the risk of viruses, malicious computer code or other forms of interference which may damage your own computer system. We do not accept responsibility for any interference or damage to your own computer system which arises in connection with your use of This Website or any linked website.
You must not misuse our system or This Website. Specifically, you must not hack into, circumvent security or otherwise disrupt the operation of our website. Furthermore, you must not undertake any activity which will place an unreasonable burden on our systems.
